This modified dance fitness session is tailored specifically for older adults and anyone who is new to exercise or managing physical limitations. Participants follow along with a variety of music and dance styles delivered at a gentle, accessible pace. Advance registration is required, and attendees should bring a water bottle while arriving early to get settled.
